These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ezhangout mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.
You can create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@hangout.app.

You retain ownership of any content you create in the Service (hangout details, availability, itinerary items, comments). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content to other hangout members as necessary to provide the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The Service, including its design, code, and visual elements, is owned by ezhangout and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.
The Service offers a free tier with limited features (e.g., one hangout creation or join per week).
We offer a paid subscription ("Pro") with additional features (e.g., more hangouts per week, higher member caps). Subscriptions are billed through RevenueCat and managed via the App Store or Google Play.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
The Service includes an in-app currency ("Thunder") that can be purchased or earned by watching ads. Thunder has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Thunder purchases are non-refundable.
The free tier of the Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that you will see ads. You can remove ads by upgrading to Pro.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezhangout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of hangout plans, or emotional distress caused by a ruined hangout.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ezhangout from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support@hangout.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
